Job Description:

Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Administration Team, including preparing reports, managing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records
* Assist with the coordination of events, meetings, and appointments, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made in advance
* Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and processes to improve productivity and efficiency
* Act as a point of contact for pupils, parents, and staff, providing information and support as needed
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve shared goals
* Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation, regulations, and best practices, making recommendations for improvements to the Administration Team
