My client, a unique FTSE 100 organization, will be undertaking a global payroll project and need a Global Payroll expert / BA to support the International Payroll Manager with key payroll project milestones and deliverables across their EMEA and APAC payroll.
1. Significant end-to-end payroll experience in multiple countries; able to take a global view while understanding local complexity.
2. Experience of vendor and stakeholder management and influence, KPIs/SLAs, and issue resolution.
3. Good awareness of general People and Finance function activities and their impact on and requirements of the Payroll function.
4. Excellent demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with colleagues at all levels and of all nationalities.
5. Questioning, empathetic, collaborative with great attention to detail and able to thrive under pressure.
6. Change-management experience desirable.
7. Workday experience desirable.
Role is very much flexible and reactive – it will be a case of picking up what needs doing and running with it. A few general deliverables are as follows:
1. Work with the Global Process Lead to build the payroll community within BSI, through information sharing, positive action, and communication.
2. Team up with the People function to triage payroll change requests and ensure appropriate involvement and governance.
3. Escalate and direct emerging payroll issues, establishing our new issue resolution and monitoring processes.
Support the Payroll Review Project as an SME, guiding in-country payrollers in risk resolution.
