End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening through to offer negotiation, reference checks, and successful onboarding. Talent Pipeline: Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs, ensuring a continuous pool of exceptional candidates.
