What you will be doing...
* Respond to holiday-related queries, including booking amendments, cancellations, payments, and refunds.
* Assist holiday homeowners with account queries, membership cards, and compliance-related updates.
* Monitor multiple inboxes and process requests relating to refunds, payments, and general booking-related enquiries.
* Run and maintain key business reports, ensuring accuracy and providing clear insights to a wider audience.
* Maintain accurate records and reports to support team performance.
* Liaise with internal departments to identify trends, highlight improvement areas, and provide feedback to support business decisions.
