Job summary The States of Guernsey are looking for an Adult Social Worker to join the team at Adult Community Services. The main purpose of the post will be to provide a high quality research based casework service to service users. The post holder will be based in the Integrated Adult Community Care Team. They will provide consultation, support, specialist advice and joint working within the integrated services to deliver person centred care and support. They will be based within an identified team, acting in an advisory capacity to members of the multidisciplinary team on social care issues relating to adults, educating or acting as a mentor as appropriate.
