We have a great opportunity for a self-motivated Stock Compliance Officer to join our Purchasing team at our Canterbury site.
You will be working on a full time, permanent basis, 40 hours / week Monday to Friday, 07:00am – 16:00pm 1 Hour Lunch and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000 dependent on experience.

Role
To lead compliance and system controls and to improve stock integrity. The stock compliance officer will be responsible for stock compliance and system inventory accuracy.
Main Duties
1. Improve stock integrity with daily cycle counting (accuracy of QA batch)
2. Resolve stock discrepancies
3. Understanding and reporting on stock gains and losses, and random stock adjustments
4. Supplier compliance and assessments
5. Scrap management – monitor scrap streams against production waste
6. Lead the warehouse teams to control stock rejections and QQQ (quarantine stocks)
7. Lead the warehouse teams to manage better QA and UO number controls
8. Produce monthly reports
9. Ensure daily cycle counts are completed
10. Improve scrap and waste controls
11. Ensure stock integrity meets a high standard of a minimum of 90%
12. Monthly reporting of stock gains and losses.
