Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Salary: 60k plus bonus and strong benefits.
Location: Hybrid (2 days a week in the Leeds office).
Type: Permanent role, also open to immediate contract start.

We ideally seek candidates with B2B, SaaS digital platform, B2B retail, or Fintech marketing experience.
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will own the performance of digital channels, leveraging data and insights to optimize campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer acquisition and retention, working with an internal digital agency team that includes design, copy, content, video/motion, and multi-channel digital marketing.
The role requires strong strategic thinking, hands-on digital expertise, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
You will oversee end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization across the full product portfolio for channels such as SEO, PPC, paid social, email, and display.
This role strategically manages the marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI.
You will develop marketing decisions aligned with business goals by conducting thorough market research and analysis, using insights to shape marketing strategies and campaigns while infusing creativity to elevate the brands.
We are looking for experience working with senior stakeholders across the business, particularly in Europe.
This role is for someone who enjoys hands-on execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
The main reason the European Marketing Director has stayed in this role is the people; it’s fun, varied with opportunity, and not suited for someone accustomed to long processes and procedures for strategy implementation.
We seek leadership in digital marketing teams, integrated marketing strategy leadership, and project management, as well as strong B2B digital marketing knowledge to turn data into lead generation in partnership with product and sales enablement teams. EMEA experience is desirable.
