Office Manager / Contracts and Compliance Administrator
Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in a dynamic and growing company? At Thompsons Group, we’re looking for a driven and organised Contracts and Compliance Administrator to join our team. What you’ll do:
* Managing and streamlining internal processes.
* Coordinating information, documents and dates with clients, teams and contractors.
* Liaising professionally with clients, contractors and internal teams.
* Maintaining documentation and portals linked to compliance.
* Routine checks of documentation and requesting updated documentation.
* Be the conduit between the client, the estimator and any other contractors.
* Providing administrative support to the wider team.
What we’re looking for:
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
* Experience in administration, ideally in a similar industry.
* IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SimPRO experience is a bonus).
* A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
* A positive attitude and a drive to continuously improve processes.
* Confidence liaising with people.
* Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
