The Role:
* Be the primary point of contact for over 75 well-established customers across Ireland
* Manage and grow long-term relationships with landlords, shopping centre managers, and property agents
* Take full ownership of contract renewals, proposal preparation, and account growth
* Lead strategic discussions to increase the footprint and revenue performance of the company’s product range
* Regularly collaborate with the Commercial Director, while operating independently on the ground
* Maintain up-to-date awareness of market trends and competitor activity
The Person:
* Proven experience in managing commercial relationships within retail, property, or entertainment environments
* Strong network and credibility with landlords and agents in the shopping centre space
* Highly confident, authentic, and customer-focused communicator
* Positive, proactive and self-motivated with a track record of owning your patch
* Professional and empathetic – able to replicate the personalised service our client is known for
* Full clean driving licence is essential
