Rapha is a brand that combines creativity with passion, crafting best-in-class visual storytelling with industry-leading photographers and filmmakers. As a Junior Producer, you will play a critical role in supporting our creative projects by ensuring our vision is executed authentically and effectively. Working with Rapha’s in-house Creative team, including the Senior Brand Producer and Studio Manager, you'll contribute to a variety of campaigns in the Road, Race, and Documentary categories.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Project Coordination: Assist the Senior Brand Producer and project teams with coordinating key deadlines, project timelines, and delivery plans across departments.
2. Logistics Planning: Help organise essential details for location and studio shoots, including booking locations, managing permits, arranging travel, and hiring equipment needs.
3. Talent and Crew Coordination: Collaborate with Art Directors to help commission photographers, filmmakers, and other talent. Support talent management, including outreach, contract management, and liaising with talent on set.
4. Product and Sample Handling: Assist in managing product requests for shoots, coordinating with the merchandising team to ensure item availability.
5. On-Set Support: Act as a main point of contact on set, ensuring smooth communication and logistics among crew, talent, and Rapha staff.
6. Safety and Efficiency: Support risk assessments and on-site health and safety, helping maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
7. Budget and Cost Tracking: Assist with budget tracking, including invoice management, expense tracking, and financial reconciliation for each project.
8. Studio and Sample Management: Help with photo studio organisation and manage sample inventory to maintain an organised and functional studio environment.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Understanding of Creative Production: Familiarity with producing photo and video shoots, both on location and in studio settings.
2. Project Management Basics: Basic understanding of project management principles, with the ability to help keep teams organised and projects on track.
3. Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills, with experience using tools like Excel and Google Workspace. Positive problem solver, always thinking of ingenious ways around project blockers.
4. Clear Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable with building relationships across internal teams and external contacts (e.g., agencies, freelance talent).
5. Multi-Tasking Ability: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
6. Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel for projects as needed throughout the year.
7. Experience or interest in cycling or sports, while not essential, is a plus.
8. Full, clean UK driving licence is a must.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building their skills in production (both location and studio), shoot logistics, and project management within a creative environment.
