The role of the Training Coordinator, is to assist the Training Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the Training School. To provide admin support to trainers/assessors and provide some of the marketing functions such as distributing new courses via i-contact and overseeing any updates to the company website.
This is a varied role, which requires a high level of versatility and the ability to multi-task and prioritize a heavy workload.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Preparing course material and requirements for all training staff.
2. Management of all course materials photocopying and binding of documents.
3. Produce and issue weekly trainer communications regarding course arrangements for the following week.
4. Ensure the reception area, welfare toilet areas are maintained and stocked.
5. Arrange supplies of tea/coffee/milk and other general office needs.
6. Arrangement and storage of stationery, including liaison with other staff for purchasing.
7. General trainer support as required.
8. Ensure course notes are up to date, stored and available for trainers.
9. Validation of pre-requisites for all delegates.
10. Assist in client liaison for:
- Issue course results/certificates
- Candidate names
- Joining Instructions
11. Assist in collation of course results.
12. Collation of delegate feedback and input for training KPI's.
13. Production of NWR certificates and assist in producing non-NWR certificates.
14. Procure, manage and issue trainers' uniform.
15. Communication with trainers for all aspects of training including sickness, absence, logistics etc etc.
16. Support the Training Manager to match trainers to the planner.
17. Liaising with clients, building relationships, and sending Booking Forms to the customers.
18. Support the Training Manager in all aspects of maintenance of industry Approvals and Accreditations, and also NCR management/audit preparation).
19. Reception at the office front entrance.
20. Assist in being the first point of contact within the office and incoming calls for the Training Department.
21. Management of incoming and outgoing post.
22. Assist in maintaining competence records on an in-house database.
23. Assist in maintaining the training programme.
24. Covering the Training Administration Lead when absent.
25. Sales and Marketing of the training school and its course availability
