Job Title: Line Leader
Managing a small team of 5 to 10 people within a production line environment, ensuring targets are met efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
1. Supervising and training new candidates on the relevant packing and labelling procedures.
2. Ensuring all team members adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
3. Monitoring product quality to maintain company standards and reporting any issues promptly.
4. Assisting with organising materials and resources to ensure smooth production flow.
Minimum Requirements:
Previous Line Leading experience is required.
Hours of Work and Pay:
£15.00 Per hour
Monday to Friday
