Job Description
As Senior IFA Administrator, you will be responsible for:
* Processing new business from start through to completion
* Preparing portfolio valuations and producing illustrations
* Assisting advisers with research and report writing
* Arranging meetings with clients for the advisers
* Handling clients' requests and queries
* Preparing suitability reports for the approval of the Financial Adviser in line with company policy
* Sending reports and investment information to clients
* Accurately submitting data on the system for clients
* Ensuring work is completed within specified timelines.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant for this role must have the following skills and experience:
* Previous experience working in an IFA or financial planning firm
* Experience of report writing and research
* Strong administration skill set
* Great communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications
* Up to date with current FCA legislation
* Knowledge of various providers and software such as Intelligent Office (IO) and FE Analytics
