Key Responsibilities:
* Client Acquisition & Management:
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the professional construction sector.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including site managers, project managers, and construction executives.
* Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions to fulfil their project and operational requirements.
* Recruitment & Candidate Placement:
* Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement of candidates.
* Utilise various sourcing strategies, including networking, social media, and job boards, to attract skilled professionals in the professional construction field.
* Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the client’s expectations and job requirements.
* Strategy Development & Implementation:
* Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and business development tactics.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activities to recommend improvements and opportunities for growth.
* Performance & Metrics:
* Achieve defined recruitment and sales targets, providing regular performance reports to senior management.
* Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and candidate placement success rates.

Professional Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the construction industry.
* Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
