Production Manager - Binh Duong Job Title: Production Manager Location: Binh Duong Contract and Shift details: Permanent and normal working hour What you\\\'ll be doing: Full legislative responsibility (Environment, Health & Safety). Responsible for the achievement of agreed production budget (dependent on volume and product mix) whilst continually striving for greater efficiency. Must be comfortable running the day-to-day operation of the site independently and with a high level of autonomy to manage the factory’s operational structure to provide: - Safe workplace for our staff, visitors, and contractors; - Consistent feed quality made to the exact required specification and inline with our assurance scheme specifications; - Ensure that feed output is in line with plant capacity & customer demand. Ensure that the achievement of feed safety & health and safety is always a priority. Ensure the plant always has suitable and sufficient workforce to maintain safe levels of production. This includes holiday management, hiring and engaging of temporary workers. Improve competency, teamwork, and empowerment skills of individuals through training, coaching & performance reviews. Demonstrate leadership and motivation together with the creation of a team that readily accepts responsibility and ownership of the process. The Production Manager must drive individual and team engagement in the business. Communicate with other functions to understand and ensure customer expectations are met. Maintain hygiene standards and the implementations of all procedures to meet the requirements of Assurance schemes and law. Provide direct management of the site stock check process and carry out the investigation of variances. Ensure compliance to site HACCP system requirements. Support the implementation of the continuous improvement program & capital projects for the site. What you\\\'ll bring: Proven managerial experience in a manufacturing environment in Vietnam with H&S responsibility. Proven experience in Pre-mix manufacture, animal feed manufacture of associated industry. The candidate must be able to demonstrate how feed safety & quality has been maintained and improved through their leadership. High standard of written and spoken English & Vietnamese Language skills. Experience in budget setting and adherence and reforecasting. Proven Leadership in a manufacturing environment with the demonstrative ability to lead, motivate and engage staff. Experience in Maintaining and Fully Utilizing Warehouse Management Systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems for production facilities. Strong & Effective training skills in both Vietnamese and English. Coaching and influencing skills.
