Job Title: Remote Healthcare Staffing Coordinator (100% Work From Home)
Location: Remote from Latin America
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $1,400 USD/month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, Pacific Time (flexibility required) - no extra time paid
Our Client: Our client is a leading provider of healthcare staffing solutions in the Pacific Northwest. They are dedicated to connecting healthcare professionals with the highest-quality opportunities in the region.
Job Overview: Responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information. Act as a bridge between the company and its customers, striving to deliver a positive customer experience. Work closely with other areas to ensure service consistency while properly managing escalation. Will function as clinician’s first contact and ensure providing them with all tools and information required for proper performance. Customer retention is critical in this role.
Responsibilities:
* Customer interaction and requests processing
* Attention to customer communications (phone calls, emails, texts, etc)
* Identification and assessment of customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
* Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
* Function as clinicians’ first contact and provide them with the required tools, training, and information for proper performance.
* Help creating training material and onboarding new members
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:
* 1-2 years of experience in staffing and customer support
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with training and onboarding
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Attention to detail and accuracy
