Project Administrator
Sector: Offshore Wind
Location: Glasgow - Office-Based 3 days per week
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12 Months + Possible Extension
Rates: £150 Daily Rate via Umbrella / £115 Daily Rate via PAYE
Clearance: BPSS - Must have eligibility to work in the UK to be considered for this position
We are looking for an Administrator to join our growing team where you will provide high-quality support to an Offshore Wind Farm Project, ensuring our project has the necessary administration support to work as efficiently as possible. You will carry out all aspects of administration duties, including:
1. Assisting team members in tasks relating to scheduling regular meetings.
2. Recording minutes/actions for key project meetings where required.
3. Preparing documentation.
4. Assisting with any planning needed and necessary scheduling to ensure these tasks are carried out smoothly.
The successful candidate will have the below attributes:
1. Experience with Accounts processing/Financial Admin experience (desirable).
2. Good attention to detail.
3. A strong focus on customer service; flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
4. Great team worker.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
6. Excellent organisational skills.
7. Experienced and confident with Microsoft Excel.
8. High set of Administrative Skills including all Microsoft packages.
9. A flair for picking up new IT systems and software would be advantageous.
10. Able to effectively manage and prioritise own workload.
11. Excellent time management skills; able to effectively plan own and others' time.
12. Strong written and verbal skills.
