PAYROLL & FINANCE ASSISTANT Part time – 30 HOURS – over 4 DAYS £30,000 Pro rata £24,000 FREE PARKING BENEFITS inc. subsidised food Location: South Birmingham We are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant with knowledge of Payroll. You will be assisting the Finance Manager, working as part of a friendly team supporting a successful family run business that employ approximately 250 staff. Assisting the Finance Manager you will be using SAGE 50 Processing the Payroll by inputting hours worked, ensuring accuracy of sick pay and holiday pay and processing Starters/Leavers and any amendments to contractual details. Raising Purchase Orders, matching and posting onto the Purchase Ledger Processing Supplier payments Posting invoices and reviewing Creditor Reports Maintaining Petty Cash, business Credit Cards and Amazon Payments, matching receipts and posting onto Sage. The ideal candidate will be: Experienced in all aspects of Purchase Ledger, with a good understanding of Payroll Have a good understanding of SAGE 50 Diligent with great attention to details Seeking a part time role within a great team, where you are given autonomy to manage your own workload.
