Technical Reviewers in Civil / Structural Engineering required for construction training facility based in Chatham, Kent. Hybrid / Remote working options. Work will be on a zero hour contract, adhoc basis, a few hours per week (this varies dependent on projects). From £29 per hour.

Role Description
As a Technical Reviewer in Civil / Structural Engineering, you will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and quality of technical training materials. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
1. Reviewing training content
2. Providing feedback and suggestions for improvement
3. Collaborating with the training design team
Experience that will assist you in the role:
* Strong knowledge and experience in technical training and subject matter expertise
* Change from British to Eurocodes
* Attention to detail and ability to review and analyse training materials
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for reviewing and providing feedback
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Experience in the education or training industry
Subject Matter Expertise is required in the following areas:
* Construction risk management
* Surveying and topographical data
* Geotechnical analysis
* Civil Engineering design process
* Materials and properties: timber, concrete, steel, masonry, brickwork
* Structural analysis and assessment; actions and load paths, verifying structures
* Composite elements and structures in temporary works
* Demolition and disposal
