You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers This hospital cares for adults of working age with acute mental health care needs within a safe, therapeutic environment To be considered for this position you must be qualified as an RMN or RNLD Nurse with a current active NMC Pin As a Nurse your key duties include: Planning and reviewing care plans in partnership with patients Compiling positive risk management plans for individuals within evidence based framework Contribute to pre-admission assessment of referred patients Adhere at all times to the NMC code of professional conduct Maintain health, safety, and security within legislative requirements and in adherence to identified standards and local policy Operate effectively as a team member Contribute to the development of others within the team, and act as associate mentor supporting students and newly qualified nurses The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: Experience in mental health services is desired but not essential Evidence of post registration continuing professional development A positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills Knowledge of NMC standards guidelines and professional practices Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Code of Practice The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £34,900 - £37,227 per annum.
