It is an exciting time to join us on our journey as we grow and expand Our mission: To deliver technology like no other About the role We are looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant with strong communication and technical skills to join our Project and Solutions team. As a Senior Solutions Consultant you will work alongside our Sales team, helping to assess customers’ needs and challenges and will design and deliver tailored solutions using Aspire’s product portfolio. Within the role, you will be required to attend customer meetings, perform customer demonstrations/presentations, carryout on site investigations and site surveys, provide technical content for RFP, RFI and ITT responses whilst expertly delivering these solutions. Our ideal candidate would be a highly experienced Solutions Consultant, who is an instinctive problem solver and able to create solutions whilst rich with a wealth of experience in delivering large scale projects. Excellent communication skills will help you to diagnose the customer’s challenges and business goals and present the solution to those in a clear concise manor to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Efficiency is also important to succeed, as you will be managing a diverse workload of complex presales engagements and delivering large cloud and on premise projects. Customer service is key to success in the role – living our values are woven through everything we do to guarantee that our service delivery is second to none. What you will be doing Working with the Sales team to identify, qualify and prioritise customer opportunities and presales engagements on large opportunities. Providing accurate handover information to the Sales and the Technical Delivery teams, inclusive of technical architecture documentation, bill of materials and a professional services breakdown. Completing technical aspects in proposal documentation, RFIs, RFPs, ITTs and presentations. Qualify, scope and deliver POC’s for Microsoft 365 products, measuring success criteria and converting to live projects. Deliver Cloud and Infrastructure projects to a high standard. Configuration and installation of hardware on customer site or data centre as required. You will suit the role if you have Subject matter expertise evidenced by professional certifications (eg. Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, VCP-DCV) Passion for technology solutions Excellent communication skills Customer focussed attitude Problem solving skills Experience working in an IT service provider/re-seller environment Our values We understand that you might not have all of the qualifications and experiences that we think are key to succeeding in this role therefore we provide continuous learning and development at Aspire which is at the heart of everything we do.
