We’re looking for a highly motivated "Legal Counsel- Turkish Speaker " to join our team!
Responsibilities:
* Drafting, negotiating, finalising Commercial and Financial Agreements in particular: Non-Disclosure Agreements, Merchant Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Novation Agreements, licencing agreements, payment services agreements, Credit Agreements, Loan Agreement Data Protection Agreements, SaaS Agreements, Addendums.
* Assisting the team on M&A projects including drafting relevant legal documents and conducting legal research.
* Assisting the clients on license applications in various jurisdictions.
* Oversee the legal compliance for the various entities and subsidiaries.
* Correspondence with other departments of our clients and/or external lawyers.
* Legal advice to client on a daily basis.
* You should have at least 5 years of experience working for a leading law firm/company within the finance sector. We require solid experience in the above matters.
* We require excellent use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
* We require a high level of organisation skills.
* Ideally, you should have completed the LPC but not essential.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years in a leading law firm or financial sector company, with expertise in drafting and financial agreements.
* Strong knowledge of M&A transactions, license applications, legal compliance, and daily legal Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with excellent organizational abilities.
* A legal qualification is required; LPC completion is preferred but not mandatory.
* Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
