Pulsed Power Programme Delivery
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to deliver Pulsed Power Programmes to agreed time, cost and quality metrics. The successful candidate will be responsible for theoretical, modelling and analysis of experimental technical programmes in order to enhance electron beam flash radiographic sources and other pulsed power machine technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct performance analysis of existing Pulsed Power systems
* Deliver high-quality technical programmes on time and within budget
* Provide technical input within own field of expertise to influence project or team activity
Requirements:
* A degree in Physics or STEM discipline, equivalent NQF level 6 qualification or equivalent experience
* Knowledge or working experience of pulsed power systems, electron beam transport or radiofrequency accelerating cavities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:
£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Location:
RG7 4PR, located between Reading and Basingstoke, with free onsite parking

You will need to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role
