* Key Responsibilities
o Develop and maintain the company's HR Management System in alignment with ISO accreditation standards.
o Manage employee timekeeping, absenteeism, disciplinary actions, and training records.
o Assist management with the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
o Lead the recruitment process: draft job descriptions, prepare advertisements, screen applications, and shortlist candidates for interviews.
o Ensure the company's compliance register is up-to-date, covering ISO certifications, SHEQ standards, Environmental and Health & Safety regulations, and other critical memberships.
o Coordinate with external auditors and organise mandatory training sessions to ensure all compliance requirements are met.
o Monitor and report on the company's compliance with First Aid and Hazardous Waste Alert Systems.
o Work closely with external auditors for ISO and BAM compliance audits.
What I'm Looking For
o HR experience is essential; experience in compliance is a plus but not required.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
