You will need excellent assessment and interpersonal skills, and be passionate about supporting individuals with long term complex needs, experience in CHC is desirable but not essential, You will also have excellent organisational skills and a sound, knowledge of MS office packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Excel etc., alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills both virtually and in person.
