About us Hazelvalley Family Practice has just over 6000 patients. We have been rated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as 'Good' overall with 'outstanding' in 'Well led' and 'Care of older people' The practice team is made up of 2 senior G.Ps, working together with Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs), GP Trainees, Physician Associates (P.A's), First Contact Practitioners (FCPs), Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Health and Wellbeing Coaches and a nursing team which includes a Practice Nurse, Trainee Nursing Associate, Health Care Assistants. The role of Reception manager is fundamental to the smooth running of the practice and has a unique role in building relationships with the patients. The post holder will oversee a team of receptionists who will be the first point of contact for patients at the practice.
