We are currently hiring a Seasonal Customer Care Representative who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. You will be responsible for addressing customer enquiries, issues, and providing great advice and support via various communication channels, such as phone, email & live chat. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, building brand loyalty, and contributing to the company's overall success by providing exceptional support and service. Please note that this is a fixed-term contract from October 2024 to February 2025, to cover our peak period. What You Will Do Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring DPA checks are completed before providing information, and document cases accurately. Solve problems and conduct investigations. Build and maintain thorough product knowledge. Collaborate effectively with team members and other regions. Complete administrative tasks as required. Maintain quality and productivity KPIs. What You Should Bring Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help customers. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience is a plus. Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
