Primary Teaching Assistant - Wigan Area
Tradewind are working with a 'good ' primary school and they are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis starting in January. You will be providing general class support with children, working AM's in the Nursery and PM's in Reception. 85.00- 95.00 per day
They are looking for someone who has previous experience and is familiar with the EYFS framework.

Description:
* Have excellent communication and behaviour management techniques
* Be confident in dealing with challenging behaviour
* Excellent interpersonal skills based on effective communication
* Passion to ensure every child succeeds and reaches their full potential
* An awareness of their own strengths and areas for development and a willingness to listen to, reflect constructively and ac upon, as appropriate, feedback from others.
* Be able to confidently work as part of the team and independently.
