The Role: We're scouting for a Venue Leader who can lead a team of coaches in delivering top football sessions on Saturday Mornings at one of our illustrious London venues. You’ll be the club’s most senior figure at the site, liaising with parents, managing the coaches and responsible for the quality of sessions delivered. You'll be enhancing our current programme and taking us into the future of play What you’ll be doing: Leadership - You will assume a managerial role within the coaching team. You’ll problem solve, lead by example and liaise with the Head Office. Safeguarding - As the Venue Leader, you’ll be responsible for the safety of everyone involved with the sessions - meaning both kids and coaches. Coaching - You’ll be tasked with ensuring that all sessions delivered at your venue are of the highest quality. This will involve training both new and more experienced coaches by providing feedback and even dropping into sessions. Appearance - The Foxes Club prides itself on its appearance, and your role will be pivotal in supporting this. You’ll make sure that physical marketing goes up, that equipment is displayed neatly and that coaches are all in their uniform. Ambassador - As the most senior figure at the site, you’ll be representing the club. Whether with coaches, customers or prospective customers, you’ll be an ambassador at all times. It would be nice if you have: Current FA emergency first aid & safeguarding qualifications An enhanced DBS check A minimum of 2 years coaching football or working with children A minimum of 1 year experience managing a team A positive attitude ready to face any challenges Keen to join the team?
