IFA Administrator
Salary: up to £30,000 DOE
Working pattern: Office based with flexibility
Location: Leeds
Key responsibilities
1. Provide administrative assistance to IFAs, including preparing reports, correspondence, and documentation.
2. Be the first point of contact for clients ensuring a professional, high quality service is provided
3. Manage advisors schedules and coordinate client meetings and update and maintain client files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
4. Submitting pensions and transfers
5. Prepare and process financial applications, letters of authority, and investment transfers.
6. Track and follow up on pending applications, ensuring timely completion.
7. Prepare valuation reports and assist with portfolio reviews.
8. Work closely with IFAs, paraplanners, and other administrative staff to ensure seamless client service.
Requirements
9. Previous experience in financial services administration or a similar role.
10. Experience using Microsoft, Aviva and IO
11. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Knowledge of financial products (e.g., pensions, investments, insurance).
14. Understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
