Main duties of the job Develop and lead health promotion and wellbeing programmes. Manage acute and chronic medical conditions, creating and evaluating treatment plans. Provide advanced nursing care, wound care, and specialist clinics (e.g., contraception, ear syringing, travel medicine). Request and interpret pathology tests, and maintain accurate clinical records. Lead chronic disease management, including maintaining disease registers. Prescribe medications, deliver immunisation programmes, and manage mental health needs. Ensure safeguarding, supervise staff, and contribute to practice targets. Participate in clinical meetings and respond to clinical emergencies.
