Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in Slough, South East England. As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide support to teachers in the classroom, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.
Job Duties:
* Assist teachers with classroom preparation and organisation
* Support students with their learning activities
* Provide one-on-one assistance to students as needed
* Help maintain a safe and respectful learning environment
* Assist with behaviour management and student discipline
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status
* Previous teaching experience
* Passion for teaching and supporting student learning
Education:
Minimum of Qualified Teacher Status
Experience:
Previous teaching experience is required
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Proactive and able to work independently
* Excellent time management abilities
* Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional certifications in Education or related field
Working Conditions:
This is a Full-Time permanent position, working in a school setting during standard school hours. The role may involve standing for extended periods and assisting students with varying needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
