Support the Group Supply Chain Manager in maintaining and developing successful, robust relationships with all supply chain partners across the Group.
This role will be based at our Head Office in Islington, A short walk from Angel or Old Street station.
Our head office houses the support/core functions to the business from HR/Recruitment to Buying to Finance and Pre-construction.
Main Responsibilities:

Proactively monitor and maintain the supply chain section on Dynamics and SharePoint as required to ensure all information is current and accurate.
*
General administrative tasks to support the Group Supply Chain Manager.
*
Completion of accurate monthly reports.
*
Communicate, when required, information to our supply chain and our people.
*
Coordinate and arrange supply chain meetings and events.
*
Provide all staff with the necessary information required to manage our supply chain.
We’re Looking For:
*
Competent in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
*
At least 1 years’ experience in an administrative role
*
Excellent communication skills
*
Ability to engage with in-house departments
*
Experience of the construction industry and/or supply chain management - DESIRABLE
*
Basic knowledge of the construction process - DESIRABLE
