We are looking for candidates that can manage day-to-day operational site control of contracts of varying sizes within the UK, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, cost control, performance to programme, and customer service.
Candidates will maintain commercial awareness ensuring the company is not exposed financially and achieving full margins from operational activities. They will manage contracts to perform in line with budget and maintain a motivated, effective, and safety-conscious workforce. Candidates will ensure good client relations and that client requirements are met to maximize opportunities for repeat business.
We are seeking qualified candidates with significant experience within the geotechnical industry, possessing a solid understanding of ground conditions, drilling, and site investigation works.
Candidates should have a good understanding of geotechnical processes and contract management, with excellent written English skills and a strong grasp of letter writing. A good customer-service focus and a professional approach are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and members of the regional team.
Full UK Driving License Required.

The laboratory also maintains our In-Situ testing capability, including CBR and Plate Bearing tests.
