About the Role
As a Solicitor, you will play a key role in providing high-quality legal expertise to our clients under the supervision of a Senior Associate / Director. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and take on a significant level of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents under the supervision of a Senior Associate / Director, ensuring the highest standards of service and efficiency.
* Providing strategic advice to clients, offering solutions tailored to their needs and objectives.
* Supervising, mentoring, and supporting junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
* Drafting and reviewing key documents, contracts, and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Staying up to date with industry trends, developments, and legal changes to ensure the team provides cutting-edge advice.
What You'll Bring
* 2-3 years PAE (desired).
* Demonstrated ability to manage competing deadlines, apply the law confidently, and enjoy dealing with uncertainty and change.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence both clients and team members.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Exceptional negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
