Your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills will be crucial in investigating stock-related discrepancies and driving improvements in stock accuracy. You will also play a key role in creating an environment that encourages employee participation and effective teamwork.
What you'll do:
* Maintain the highest standards of stock integrity.
* Work closely with the operations team, supporting them in achieving product batch integrity.
* Investigate stock-related discrepancies and adjust stock levels as needed.
* Provide valuable trend analysis.
* Ensure that all processes and reporting meet customer needs and contractual targets.
* Foster an environment that promotes employee participation and effective teamwork.
* Uphold high standards of hygiene and housekeeping, ensuring compliance with all legislative health requirements.
What you bring:
* Experience of managing or working within a stock and process team environment.
* Experience of managing a team, preferably across a shift system.
* Warehouse or supply chain background.
* Experience of working with luxury brands or FMCG products would be helpful.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level or above.
* Experience of working with dynamic SKU profiles and high peak volumes.
