We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience with both products and services.
Duties
* Handle incoming customer calls and respond to enquiries in a professional manner.
* Utilise phone etiquette to ensure clear and effective communication with customers.
* Assist customers with product information, order processing and troubleshooting issues.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
* Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
* Maintain a positive attitude while managing high call volumes during peak times.
Qualifications
* Contact centre experience is ESSENTIAL
* Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
