Responsibilities:
* Assisting in the assessment and safeguarding of vulnerable adults, ensuring their safety and well-being.
* Supporting the development and implementation of care plans tailored to the needs of individuals.
* Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, external agencies, and other professionals to coordinate services and resources.
* Participating in safeguarding investigations and contributing to the development of safeguarding plans.
* Maintaining accurate records of assessments, care plans, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications :
* Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
* Newly qualified with a strong desire to work in adult safeguarding.
* A compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting adults at risk.
* A willingness to learn and develop within the field of adult safeguarding.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
