Leading facilities, property and workplace strategy and operations this role is working for a well respected, leading law firm located in Central London. The position involves delivering an exceptional service across their UK, Ireland and Middle East properties leading on facilities, workplace, property matters and projects. Senior level experience in the areas of facilities, property, building services, office services, front of house, catering, document services, environment, sustainability and H&S are required. You will have experience of and be comfortable with reporting at senior level and having sole responsibility of a large scale budget. The firm has been exceptionally successful over the last few years and further ambitious growth is planned. This role requires experience in the following areas; Managing strategic and operational property, facilities and workplace objectives Reporting and presenting at Director Level High end relocation and refit project management Demonstrated service excellence Large scale budget management Demonstrated diplomacy, commercial acumen and gravitas Previous experience with legal or professional services is essential
