As a National Account Manager you will:
* Take full responsibility for managing a significant Amazon e-commerce account.
* Evaluate and act upon key performance metrics.
* Develop and execute promotional and growth initiatives tailored to the platform.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategies, ensuring cohesive execution of digital and operational objectives.
* Oversee additional customer accounts within the portfolio, applying tailored strategies for each.
* Conduct regular stock, sales, and performance reviews, translating findings into actionable insights to improve satisfaction and market presence.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while delivering comprehensive performance reports and actionable recommendations.
You'll likely be someone who:
* Has a proven history of success in account management.
* Have experience with Amazon Vendor central or Seller central
* Has a minimum of three years of account management experience, including a focus on driving sales and operational efficiency on digital platforms.
* Has a strong track record in areas such as marketing strategies and performance optimisation.
* Possesses advanced skills in data analysis and Microsoft Office tools.
* Excels in negotiation, communication, and relationship management.
* Holds a full, clean UK driving license with flexibility for occasional travel.
