- UK based We are looking for an experienced and driven ERP Project Manager to oversee and manage the logistics & scheduling of our ERP implementation projects.
Note The client is involved in SAP Business One
- SAP experience would be highly desirable.
The ERP Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure the project is completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a thorough understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership and Management : Lead ERP implementation projects end-to-end, ensuring adherence to project timelines, scope, and budget.
Define project goals, deliverables, and KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
Manage project scope changes and handle client requests for customizations or enhancements.
Experience : At least 5 years of experience in managing ERP implementation projects, with a proven track record of successful ERP system go-lives.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.
Knowledge of SAP Business One or other SMB-focused ERPs is a significant advantage.
Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
Experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
