Role : Payroll Administrator
Salary : £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
Location : Colchester, 40 hours per week.
Your Role
1. Assist the Payroll Manager in processing of 2 monthly payrolls, including payroll checking and analysis, accurately and on time.
2. Liaise with the Fourth payroll bureau
3. Daily monitoring of mailbox, dealing with payroll queries
4. Produce, analyse and present regular weekly and monthly reports using excel to other departments and senior management teams. Including ad hoc report requests
5. Process Mileage and expenses claims
6. Process contract changes on the Fourth system and check correct payment
7. Process new starters weekly, adding RTW information accurately
8. Check sickness pay and fit notes correctly recorded
9. Process Maternity, Paternity and SAP to system and assess payment
10. Monthly payment of AEO, PAYE and Personal Group
11. Raise out of cycle payments as required
12. Assist Manager with preparation of monthly pension reports and Auto enrolment
13. Assist with new systems implementation as required, ad hoc projects and deliver training on Fourth system to new users
