- Provide specialised educational support to students with special educational needs (SEN)
- Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
- Implement strategies to help students overcome learning barriers
- Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Collaborate with other professionals, parents, and caregivers to support student development
- Relevant qualification in Special Education Needs (SEN) or related field
- Experience working with students with SEN
- Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
- Proven experience in SEN teaching or support role
- Knowledge of SEN legislation and best practises
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Postgraduate qualification in Special Education Needs (SEN)
- Experience working in a variety of educational settings
This role involves working with students with special educational needs in educational settings. The position may require travel to different locations within Oxfordshire.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
