Sales Branch Manager – Road Freight
Location: Bournemouth, UK
Salary: up to £65,000pa (DOE) + Company Car + Bonus (OTE: £90,000pa)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:30am-5:30pm

My client is offering a fantastic package to help grow their business and Freight Forwarding sector. The right candidate will be an experienced and fully established Freight Sales Manager who has worked previously for a UK based Freight Forwarder with knowledge and experience with Road Freight Operations and Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
* To develop and maintain effective business relationships with new and existing clients, offering excellent freight forwarding services.
* Manage new and existing business.
* To generate and follow up sales leads, visiting potential and existing customers to obtain new business at reasonable profit.
* Be the forefront of the companies’ development by promoting the business to new and existing clients.
* Lead a team of Business Development Managers and Sales Specialist, ensuring KPIs are met to maximise branch revenue.
* Handle financial responsibilities for the branch, including P&L documentation and cost control.
Requirements:
* Experience in a management role in the freight/logistics industry.
* Freight Forwarding Sales / Business Development Manager Experience.
* Experience or knowledge of Freight Forwarding Operations.
* Experience working for a UK based freight forwarding company.
* People Management and Leadership experience.
* Ability to bring business would be advantageous.
* Hold a full, clean, UK driving licence.
