The purpose of the Organizational Change & Training Senior Manager role is to provide value to the Organizational Change & Training (OC&T) practice by pursuing organizational goals, operating with a customer-first mindset, and exemplifying the company core values in an effort to achieve meaningful results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Takes broad ownership of strategic decisions regarding project and workstream direction. Organizes interactions across projects and workstreams for mutual benefit of multiple customers.
2. Provides leadership & oversight to projects connected to their area of expertise.
3. Promotes and is accountable for large internal initiatives that touch multiple parts of the company, generally associated with project delivery or cross-practice dependencies.
4. Leads complex sales efforts and business development pursuits on behalf of the OC&T practice.
5. Easily and immediately recognized as an expert in the room.
6. Deftly manages and resolves disagreements between others. Able to speak well to audiences of all types, sizes, and backgrounds.
7. Drives recovery of customer relationships that may be at risk.
8. Shows the highest level of verbal and written communication skills, as evidenced by facilitating difficult customer conversations.
Experience and Skills:
1. 5+ years’ experience with Workday.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferably in Psychology, Communication Studies, Business Administration, Human Resources, Management Information Systems, or related fields (or additional 5 years’ Workday experience in a corporate implementation setting).
3. Current Workday Core HCM or Core Financials certification or ability to acquire it within 28 days of offer.
4. Public Sector experience is desirable.
5. PROSCI certification.
