Sittingbourne, Farringdon, Croydon or Isle of Wight hybrid working Were looking for two People Partnering Administrators join our People & Culture team on a permanent basis here at Southern Housing. Reporting into the Senior People Business Partner, you will support with administration and processes associated with employee relation casework, absence management and general people related project work. You will work closely with the ER Casework Manager, providing low level advice and guidance on standard policies, procedures and colleague terms and conditions. Youll be responsible for monitoring and supporting managers to manage sickness absence across your business area and supporting with first and second stage formal meetings in line with our policy and procedure. You will be based at one of our main offices in either Farringdon, Croydon, Isle of Wight or Sittingbourne, working a minimum of 2 days a week in the office, to be agreed with your line manager. Youll be required to travel to various sites to support managers and colleagues. Key responsibilities will include: Provide People related administrative support to your business area and the Head of People Business Partnering & ER. Preparing information, letters, documentation and booking employee relations meetings. Support the Senior People Business Partners with collation of documentation for ET3 responses. Liaising with colleagues to ensure that statements and documentation is provided within the required timeframe. Undertake general Employee Relation case administration and tracking, including collation and production of documents to support formal meetings. Notetaking and transcribing meeting notes for formal meetings for the team as required ensuring an accurate reflection of the meeting. What Youll Need: Previous experience of working in a HR team Experience in providing low level guidance/advice in line with policies and procedures CIPD Level 3 or qualified by experience (CIPD Level 5 desirable) Experience of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel Strong administrative skills Please include specific examples demonstrating how you meet the criteria in your supporting statement Closing date for applications: Thursday 13 th February 2025 at 23.59pm About us At Southern Housing, our residents are at the heart of everything we do.
