Post Exchange Team Leader - Milton Keynes - Up to £45,000pa DOE
Are you an experienced Conveyancing professional, who is perhaps seeking a change of direction and a better work / life balance, or perhaps are now seeking more of a managerial (non-client facing) role in the sector? With offices in Milton Keynes, this firm now seeks an experienced Conveyancing professional to lead a new department within the company, as Post Exchange Team Leader, managing a team of professionals responsible for seeing Exchanges through to Completion. This is an exciting new position, which will involve day to day management of the department, and growing the team, and ultimately the department under your leadership and guidance.

What you'll be doing
1. Responsibility for managing and leading the team in the Post Exchange Department
2. Oversight of all Post Exchange activity and procedures through to Completion from a large caseload
3. Responsible for the overall growth of the team and department over time
4. Maintaining excellent client relationships
5. Always protect client interests, whilst taking precautions against potential fraud and money laundering
6. To ensure all files comply with the company policies and the regulatory framework including CLA, SRA and solicitor account rules
What you will have
1. Must have demonstrable experience of working in Conveyancing and specific experience of Post-Exchange to Completion practices and procedures
2. Have experience of using a Case Management system
3. Must have people management experience, and ideally have worked in an expanding environment
4. Be a motivated self-starter, able to work remotely effectively and efficiently
