We are currently recruiting for a Nursery Room Leader in the High Peak area.
The Bridge Nursery is a new adventure that is looking for a suitably experienced, qualified and personally motivated childcare practitioner willing and committed to building and shaping our first setting.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner motivated to be part of the leadership of a growing team.
The successful candidate must hold a relevant minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience post qualification.
As Room Leader, you will be expected to lead as part of a team and have the ability to work closely with other professionals. You will have great communication skills and be able to motivate and inspire.
You will also be a skilled practitioner, having good knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage. You should be able to plan, implement and evaluate daily activities meeting young children's individual needs and plan next steps to support children's learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:
* To lead curriculum delivery to your room and work with the leadership team to implement and develop a curriculum that engages and inspires our young learners, whatever their age or development stage.
* To lead in the care and wellbeing of all the children in your given room.
* To supervise and support all room staff to ensure they fulfil their job role and adhere to policies and procedures.
* To act as a good example, to be supportive and consistent with all room staff to develop a strong and committed team.
* To keep yourself informed and educated on new legislation and changes in childcare practices and attend any training as required.
* To assist the management in developing positive working relationships with parents/carers and other external agencies.
