Job Title: Senior Application Support Engineer

Salary: £ 45,628+ dependant on experience
What you’ll be doing:
1. Liaising with end users and Project stakeholders to provide resolutions to resolve any issues of large-scale projects
2. Working with key Business and IT Stakeholders on product prioritisation
3. Managing the product lifecycle whilst developing and enabling the product designs
4. Providing effective knowledge upskilling and development to other team members and 3rd parties
5. Investigating, identifying and resolving system problems
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
1. Experience in a multi-disciplined Project team and providing technical input to IT Projects
2. Experience of toolset administration, configuration and implementation with configuration management tools
3. Experience providing testing and deployment of project changes and improvements
4. Windows Server and SQL administration
Desirable:
1. Teamcenter Administration experience
2. Knowledge of Teamcenter workflows, BMIDE, query builder and system architecture
3. Ability to work independently and manage high priorities

The Product Development Admin Team:
The Product Development Admin Teams provide Support and Delivery across the Business for various product lifecycle management and large-scale projects. In this role you will be playing a key role in working within the Configuration, Development and Administration Team, responsible for defining, delivering and maintaining our PLM Capabilities across business programmes, and supporting the overall delivery of multi-million-pound projects. You will liaise with a variety of key project Stakeholders and will continually be developing yourself to build a lasting career with BAE Systems.
