DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (Onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day of your choosing) The impact you will have in this role : Being a member of the Entitlements Services team, the Entitlements Services Senior Analyst handles internal and external customer requests related to access control to DTCC/ITP applications. Expectations include an ability to effectively communicate ideas, build rapport and develop relationships with internal partners, manage partners (client) expectations, technical expertise and attention to detail. Our Entitlements Services Senior Analysts have a passion for client service, an eagerness to quickly learn and execute at a high level across a variety of complex processes, and the ability to manage risk and identify improvement opportunities. Your Primary Responsibilities : Take ownership of requests received via CRM queues and through web form input Handle client requests in accordance with established processes and procedures Complete required tasks to create, modify or delete client and user profiles for all DTCC services using a combination of web-based, or GUI applications Respond to client requests within predefined internal Operational targets Recognize high priority situations and take appropriate escalation action following predefined criteria NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above.
